Situation        - The property is situated off the east side of the trunk road linking Brinchang and
             Kampong Raja. It is about 3.4 kilometres north of Brinchang and 15.6 kilometres
             south of Kampong Raja.

Accessibility         - The property is accessible off the main road leading to Kea Farm Village and then
               by an unmade laterite path to the site. The distance from the trunck road is about
               1/2 kilometre.

Description        - The land has irregular shaped boundaries and forms part of a hillock. It fall steeply
               on the western, eastern and southern boundaries. The height of the hillock ranges
               from 75 to 100 ft. The northern tip of the land has been cleared for farming.

               Running across the northern tip is a stream and an unmade track from the village.

               The land is covered with thick vegetation and left unfenced.

Services        - Public mains water and electricity services are available to the property. These
             services are available in Kea Farm.

Surrounding Developments - The property is about 3 kilometres north of Brinchang. The surrounding areas
               are cultivated mainly with vegetables.

               Nearby is Kea Farm Village which consists of permanent and semi-permanent
               buildings. There is also the Rose Centre and the well known Equatorial Hill Resort.

               To the north are Kampong Tringkap, Kuala Terla and Kampong Raja. These villages
               are mainly involved in vegetables and fruit farming. There are also tea plantations and
               flower nurseries.

               Cameron Highlands is a hill resort. Tourism is centred mainly in and around
               Brinchang and Tanah Rata and now near Kea Farm.


             The main economic activities are tourism, vegetable and fruit farmiing, flower
             nurseries and tea growing.
